Production of environmental products
Notoxic World LTD helps engineers and service partners to succeed in remediation projects through our knowledge and experience in water purification. Based on plasma technology, nano technology, and polymers, we are a partner solution for the industrial water purification of PFAS.
Our feed systems and remediation technologies exceed industry standards and offer innovative alternatives to traditional water treatment technologies. With a desire to educate and innovate, The Notoxic Team works globally, collaborating with industry professionals to provide insight into the latest industry trends. Our goal is to provide effective solutions to environmental challenges.
- Our multidisciplinary research and development team creates new products to support our customers’ needs.
- Technical support: our experience and application knowledge bring specialist insight into the project solutions we offer.
Through our field experience and combined expertise in plasma, nano design and environmental remediation methods, we have developed an in-depth knowledge of material performance.
This unique combination of experience gives us the ability to make recommendations and ensure that the right product is selected and correctly applied for the solution required.
Production of nano and plasma filters
Notoxic World LTD electro-spun nanoscale technology offers new approaches in high capacity, selective sorbents with rapid uptake and regeneration, and integrated methods that capture and destroy PFAS:
- Nano-fiber reinforced materials can improve the kinetics and selectivity of PFAS uptake (physical removal) and destruction.
- Nano-fiber reinforced materials can improve the kinetics and selectivity of PFAS uptake (physical enhancement) and destruction. This also applies to heavy metals and other chemicals in water pollution.
Production of plasma-based filters in the field of water purification from PFAS
We carry out advanced high-tech development of water filters in the field of Industrial Electrospinning of Nano filters as well as Plasma-based filters in the unadvised water purification of PFAS and heavy metals.
Through plasma treatment, we have created a water filter that can bind metals (heavy metals in this case) to prevent them from following the flow of water and reaching the recipient. This technology also works with non-metals such as chlorine, PFAS and similar substances. Plasma filters are based on oxidation and reduction, where metal atoms oxidize and non-metal atoms are reduced, allowing them to react with each other and create an ionic bond in one step.
Notoxic Water Purification System
The purification plants are available in different sizes and are built into insulated and heated containers that are equipped with a pipe system with valves that enable different operating modes.
The facilities do not need to be staffed all the time but can be equipped with automatic samplers and can also be remotely monitored and equipped with alarms.
Filter plants usually have a maximum capacity of 3-15 m³/hour, but we have plants that can handle up to 80 m³/hour.
The facilities are adapted to different types of pollution and can be equipped with the following components:
- Sedimentation equipment
- Lamella separator
- Oil separator
- Bag pressure filter
- pH adjustment
- Equipment for chemical precipitation and flocculation
- Equipment for sludge dewatering
- Sand filter
- Active carbon filter
- Ion exchange filter
- Drum filter
Mobile Soil Washing
Containers moved by trucks are cost efficient to establish:
- Excavation: contaminated soil placed in a mound
- Wheel loader: retrieves soil for the laundry feeder pocket
- Soil fed into tank: then mixed with water. Soil subjected to high pressure causing pollutants to be scrubbed away
- Earth divided into two: coarse and fine fractions. Clean soil ejected into a mound, checked for contamination, and used for backfilling. The water from the coarse fraction is filtered off via a dewatering wire.
- Water from drainage deck and fine particles: pumped through separator and special filter systems. The remainder drainage water is separated for further treatment or run on landfill.
6-7. Water purified via various systems: plasma filter, nano filter and membran filters.
- Water collected in a tank, recycled, and pumped back into system
