Energy Recovery from Municipal Solid Waste Treatment to Gas
Construction of a technological unit for waste treatment and the production of synthesis gas from waste in three stages:
- Production: Targeted sorting of household waste, as raw materials and fuels
are obtained during the processing of components. - Processing: Thermochemical decomposition gas process: cooling and purifying.
- Separation: Purification and distribution of separated hydrogen storage and distribution, and gas for energy production.
Products from the solid residue after separation
- MATERIAL
Sterilized raw material for thermochemical production of synthetic gas – MTD pellets. Pellets are a product produced for our thermochemical decomposition plant to produce synthesis gas and carbon residues. - FUEL
Sterilized fuel for power plants (impact on permissible emissions) – pellets TDP 1. Fuel for power plants with a selectable biological content of 10 to 50% m and a calorific value of 16 to 25 MJ. - FUEL
Sterilized fuel for cement plants and TD P 2. Fuel for cement plants with an optional biological content of 10-50% and a calorific value of 16 to 20 MJ with the addition of carbon from the thermochemical process. - BIOMATERIAL
Biological material for gas and biocarbon production – MTD BIO pellets. Biology is processed into BIO pellets for the TCD process with the production of synthesis gas and carbon component containing potassium and phosphorus to produce fertilizers and soil regenerators. - BIO FERTILIZER
Sterilized granular fertilizer for reclamation and regeneration – granules type H. Production of granules from bio compost and biocarbon components for individual application to the soil.
